  • How do you like your bagels?

    With plain cream cheese, red onion, tomato and lox....Jew's breakfast of champions!  Oh yea, and none of these wimpy, wannabe, mushy, smushy so-called bagels ya find in the grocery stores either.  It needs to be a nice, hard-on-the-outside-chewey-on-the-inside, boiled then baked, New York style bagel (which are next to IMPOSSIBLE to find up here in Minnesota).
